Announcement! New, Online Manuscript Exhibit Funded by Digital Museums Canada
The LMMI is thrilled to announce that we have another digital manuscript exhibit in the works!
Thanks to generous funding from Digital Museums Canada and Co-Curators Dr. Elizabeth Epperly (Founder of the LMMI) and Dr. Emily Woster (former Visiting Scholar), the manuscript ofEmily of New Moon will be brought to life. Just like annemanuscript.ca, this project is a partnership of the L.M. Montgomery Institute of UPEI, the Confederation Centre of the Arts and the Robertson Library, UPEI.
The exhibit, titled, “Inspired to Create: L.M. Montgomery Crafting 𝘌𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯,” will share the digitized pages of the manuscript alongside contemporary artists’ responses to Emily’s story and her famous “flash.”
