Q: Is my online payment secure?

A: Yes. Our web site uses a secure server protected with encription SSP 128 bits, which is the most secure encription today.
 

Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?

A: Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive it. Your order will then be shipped via Canada Post air mail (See shipping chart for options in your area). Please allow for postal delays beyond our control.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns on any unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns of opened merchandise will only be accepted if the software is defective. All returns must be accompanied by the original shipping notice. Please read the minimum system requirements before purchasing The Bend in the Road.
 

Q: Is this product compatible with the Macintosh system?

A: Currently, The Bend in the Road is only available in PC platform. We do not recommend the use of emulator programs to make our software Mac compatible.

Q: I don’t want to order online. Can I order another way?

A: Yes. You can order The Bend in the Road by printing out the form under Mail Order and sending it along with your postal money order, certified cheque or credit card information to:

You can also fax your order to (902) 628-4305 or call (902) 628-4346 (Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm Atlantic Time). Customers opting to pay with a postal money order or certified cheque will not have their order processed until payment is received.
 

Q: Can I send The Bend in the Road to more than one address?

A: Yes. You can send The Bend in the Road to up to three addresses per order using the online form. If you opt to mail in your order, you can send The Bend in the Road to as many addresses as you like.
 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: Through our online form, we accept VISA and MasterCard. For mail orders, we also accept postal money orders or certified cheques in Canadian or US funds.
 

Q: How will I know that the L.M. Montgomery Institute has received my order?

A: You will receive an email notification message with the contents of your order. The L.M. Montgomery Institute will receive the same message and will process your order within 3-5 business days. If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the email notice at bendintheroad@upei.ca.
